These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the u9999 online gaming platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, casino games, sportsbook, live dealer lobby, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by u9999 ("u9999", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the u9999 Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

Access to and use of the u9999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. u9999 operates a strict 21+ policy across all verticals of its Platform, including casino games, the sportsbook, and live dealer tables.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Prohibition: You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether issued by u9999 or any other regulated gambling operator.
• Single Account: Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active account on u9999. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

u9999 reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by u9999 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

To access the full range of u9999 services, including deposits, withdrawals, casino gameplay, and sportsbook betting, you are required to register a user account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times and to notify u9999 promptly of any changes via the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms. u9999 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify u9999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• u9999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts, which is available within account security settings.
• Account credentials must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person.

u9999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Enhanced due diligence may be required for high-value transactions or in circumstances where u9999 has reasonable grounds to verify the source of funds.

u9999 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform integrates with the following payment methods for the benefit of Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, standard bank transfer, and debit card.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your u9999 account cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit processing times vary by payment method but are generally instant or near-instant for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending.
• u9999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds held in your u9999 wallet do not accrue interest.
• u9999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

In the event of a deposit error, chargeback, or reversal initiated through your payment provider, u9999 reserves the right to suspend your account, void any associated winnings, and recover any amounts owed using any available balance in your account wallet.

u9999 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (playthrough conditions) that must be completed before any associated funds may be withdrawn.
• u9999 reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements, and at what percentage rate.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder for whom they were issued and may not be transferred.
• If u9999 determines that bonus funds have been obtained fraudulently — including through the use of multiple accounts or third-party payment methods — the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided.
• u9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

All casino game outcomes on u9999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within the game information panel of each respective game.

Sportsbook markets — including all cricket, PSL, and international sports betting markets — are offered subject to availability. u9999 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets at revised odds where it determines that a market has been adversely affected by data errors, incomplete events, or suspicious betting activity.

• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are subject to real-time odds that may change without notice. Bets accepted at incorrect odds due to technical errors may be voided.
• u9999 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any user account at any time, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the records held by u9999's system shall be considered definitive, subject to review in cases of documented technical fault.
• Any winnings resulting from a game or sportsbook market that was made available due to a technical error or manifest error will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u9999 Platform. u9999 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and may withhold or void all funds and winnings associated with such activity:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including but not limited to poker and live dealer tables.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse that exploits promotional terms.
• Using payment methods registered in a third party's name for the purposes of money laundering or circumventing financial controls.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the u9999 Platform, its servers, software, or security systems.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward u9999 staff or other users of the Platform.

All content on the u9999 Platform — including but not limited to the u9999 name, logo, graphics, user interface design, game artwork, promotional materials, text, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of u9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of u9999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

u9999's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your u9999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• u9999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• u9999 is not responsible for any losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party system downtime.
• u9999 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental actions, or third-party service failures.

u9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at u9999.biz/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

u9999 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and access controls on internal systems.

u9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform includes a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered users from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications and automatic logouts after a pre-set session duration.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your life or the life of someone you care about, we encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion and cooling-off tools available on the Platform, or to seek support from independent problem gambling organisations in your region.

u9999 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account where:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• u9999 suspects the user of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• The user has failed to complete KYC or age verification within the required timeframe.
• The user's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Continued operation of the account presents a financial, reputational, or regulatory risk to u9999.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance of bona fide funds — net of any bonuses and voided winnings — will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete.

You may close your account at any time by contacting u9999 customer support. Account closure does not release you from any obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

u9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, u9999 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notification on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.

The version number and date displayed at the top of this document identify the currently effective version of these Terms. Prior versions are archived and available upon written request submitted to the contact address in Section 15.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which u9999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies as designated by u9999's licensing authority.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes may be submitted to u9999's customer support team in the first instance. u9999 commits to providing a substantive response to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
